Where to look when a Vouch verification stalls or a Social Data API route returns an error code.
Vouch
A verification that hangs, stops part-way or never reaches your webhook is covered in Troubleshooting on the Vouch docs (opens in a new tab). To see how far a user got, read the verification's event timeline as described in Tracking verification progress (opens in a new tab).
Social Data API
A route that returns a POST_* or SCRAPING_* code could not read the post or profile. 422 and 404 codes are permanent for that post; 429, 502 and 503 are transient. See Data lookup errors for every code and which ones are safe to retry.
